Download the app from the app store (mashovim @ Apple / Google).

Install mashovim.

Login with your Apple or Google credentials.

During the onboarding process, please type-in your full name and personal mobile telephone number. This becomes the unique user identifier.

Join a group or create a new group. This ends the onboarding process.

You can join a group by typing-in a group-id (6 characters). It should be provided to you by a group master (who created the group).

If you created a group, you are the group master. 

Upon creation, the group-id is automatically coppied to the clipboard.

Share the group-id with group members (through email or whatsapp), so they can join your group.

Groups are uni-directional by default. Only the group master can send kudos to group members. This can be modified in 'Edit group' (explained below).

As a group master you would want to create kudos.

1. Tap the drawers icon at the upper corner.

2. Tap 'Create Message'.

3. Type-in a category and a message at the top two lines and tap Submit. This will create a new kudos under said category.

4. To add more kudos under the same category, tap on a kudo and edit the message line before tapping Submit.

5. There is no practical limit to the number of kudos and categories, however, practice teaches that "less is more".

As a group master you need to associate kudos to each of your groups.

1. Tap the drawers icon at the upper corner.

2. Tap 'Select Group'.  Select a group. The 'Home' screen will display a header with the group name.

3. Long tap on the group name at 'Home' screen.

4. An 'Edit Group' screen wil showup.

5. If you tap on the group name you can edit it.

6. A light blue dropdown list of categories is displayed below the group name. 

7. Select  a category.

8. A scrollable list of kudos is displayed below the selected category.

9. Tap on the kudo you want to associate with the group. It will be marked.

10. Tap Submit.

11. Repeat the process for all kudos of all relevant categories.

12. Best practice may be to associate only a few kudos to a group.

13. This process is dynamic. Kudos may be added or removed from the group dynamically.

14. Return to 'Home' screen by tapping the arrow at the top corner.

15. You will a scrolllable list of kudos on the right side of 'Home' screen.

16. The left scrollable list will display group members' names.

You can now send a kudo to a group member.

1. Tap on a name card. Tap on a kudo.

2. Tap Submit.

3. You can edit a message prior to its submital at the last line marked "Message". Tap on the test. Akeyboard will popup.

4. Message, kudo, is sent via in-app messaging to the intended group member.

5. The kudo may be also sent via SMS. Select the sms app at the first time you use it. It will be opened automatically thereafter.

6. If you do not wish to use sms, tap on the arrow to be routed back to the mashovim app.

7. This process can be repeated any number of times.

8. To swith group, tap shortly on the group name at the top of 'Home' screen.

9. Tap on a group name. 

10. To copy a group-id, tap on the copy icon next to the displayed group-id (6 characters), of each displayed group (card).

11. Each group card also display the name of the group master.

As a group master you can allow group members to send kudos to coleagues, members of the same group.
